At Flamboro’ we had, forty years ago, a number of men approaching the allotted span of life, who were ‘the pillars of our palace’ as one used to say – Leonard Mainprize, who not only a Christian man, but a manly Christian; Mr Anthony Hall, a master builder, who for some years lived on his own means; G.
